Proposed host standard
Safe, dry and independently accessible
Registering interest does not mean a space will be accepted. A future pilot would verify the host, the space and the access arrangement before publication.
Secure and lockable
A sound door, controlled keys or access codes, and a clear record of who can enter.
Practical access
Separate access is preferred. Any appointment-only access must be stated before booking.
Entrance camera coverage
The entrance and access event would be recorded. Cameras should not monitor living areas or continuously film stored belongings.
Authority to offer it
The host must own the space or have written permission from the owner, landlord or relevant management body.
Clear storage rules
No illegal, hazardous, flammable, perishable or undisclosed high-value items.
How the proposed camera rule would work
The camera must be operational when a renter accesses the space and create timestamped entrance footage. The renter must be told about recording. Footage would stay securely with the host for a defined short retention period and be provided only for an incident or authorised review. The platform would not routinely watch a live feed. The final policy requires privacy, insurance and legal review before bookings open.

Will my space appear publicly?
No. This form records private interest only. Publication would require a separate verification and listing agreement.
Do I need a camera now?
No. Tell us whether one exists or whether you would consider installing entrance coverage. Final requirements are still being assessed.
What could I earn?
We do not have enough verified booking evidence to promise an amount. Any future suggested price would use comparable, dated local storage prices.
What cannot be stored?
A future agreement would prohibit illegal, hazardous, flammable, perishable, living, leaking and undisclosed high-value items.
