What to compare beyond headline rent
A low headline price is only useful if the unit, access and contract fit the job. Before booking, ask whether the quote includes VAT, contents insurance, deposit, lock purchase, admin fees, move-in offers, minimum term, notice period and whether the unit is ground-floor or upper-floor.
