Storage conditions. Match the environment and insurance terms to the goods. Ask the operator directly when the requirements are unclear.
Operator Stability. Choose operators with physical locations visible online, professional websites, and transparent pricing. Avoid facilities that are evasive about rates, minimum stay periods, or cancellation terms. Read Google reviews, but remember that unhappy customers are more likely to post than satisfied ones.
Get comparable quotes. Request a written all-in initial price and recurring price for the same unit need, start date and duration. Keep the checked date with the quote.
